I’m Ben Steinberg — Owner of Steinberg Technical Services, LLC

I started this company with one goal in mind: to provide reliable, no-nonsense tech support to small and micro-sized businesses that need help, but don’t need a full-time IT department.

With over two decades of experience in the tech industry, including successful careers at IBM, Amazon and my latest stint at AWS, where I served as a Technical Account Manager, I’ve worked with everything from enterprise systems to home office networks. During my time there I wore multiple hats, such as a support engineer, a WAN engineer, an IT manager and a Technical Account Manager. I’ve earned the trust of major clients, and developed a strong reputation for solving problems with clarity, care, and efficiency.

Now, I’ve brought that same level of service home to our community in Arizona, where I support local businesses with everything from setting up computers to optimizing cloud services.
